Abstract
The essay here translated of Bernard Stiegler makes the attempt of reexamining the passage from the phenomenology of technics presented in Technics and Time to the political thought of the following works. At the center of this very passage, there is the elaboration of a concept of organology, capable of understanding and describing the technical performance of the human living being after the original connection of organic and inorganic, showing the creative elements implied in this conjunction.
